Shareeza wanted me to design a coat-of-arm, emblem type of thing for her son who's into fencing. he was born on the year of the tiger and he has that tigeresque quality, apparently according to Shareeza and thus she wants me to incorporate that into the design. And, as a birthday gift to son, Mirza, a birthday poster to go along with the coat-of-arms. handsome young man, isn't he?

here's one, commissioned by my colleagues for our boss' birthday recently. we presented this to her, with a couple or more gifts, on her birthday surprise party we threw. she cried upon receiving this (made me cry a bit too) :

i made a birth poster for Aryan a while back. A couple of months ago, Aryan's mom asked me to come up with a birthday poster for Aryan's first birthday party. and 3 more for her feature wall, showing Aryan at birth, 6 months old and 12 months old. the theme was "Nautical" and the colours were predominantly blue, red and white. the posters were printed at A1 size and they were the biggest ones i've done so far.

salwa whom i did a baby poster once before asked me to design a poster as a gift for her husband's birthday. i can't remember how i ultimately came up with using these icons, but i think this is one of the fun-nest designs i've done. had a good time designing this. i gave a few colour variations and personally liked the black and grey but since salwa wanted this poster on a brown frame, she opted for this colour.

Farah has been my customer before when i first did a poster for her son. now, she commissioned me for another one and this is for her mom's birthday. i think this is supposed to be a surprise so i'm not sure if im really helping but posting this earlier and ruined the element of surprise. im just hoping that her mom doesnt know about this blog.
